Dartmouth Health has an exciting new opportunity to hire a full-time remote general neurologist to be a part of our TeleNeurology/Telehealth team.  Candidate must live in the New England area.

Overview:

  • 7 on/7 off schedule (Monday-Sunday)
  • No overnight hours
  • Growing consult service currently serving 17 hospitals
  • Opportunities to engage with the full neurology team via Grand Rounds, departmental meetings, and optional clinic time
  • Research opportunities available, if desired
  • Optional academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Vascular neurology fellowship preferred, but not required

Requirements:

  • Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA
  • Ability to obtain/maintain NH, VT, and ME (and additional as needed) medical licenses and federal DEA
  • Reliable internet service and a high comfort level with technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to handle multiple urgent requests simultaneously
