Shannon is a locally owned not for profit Health System & has been here for more than 85 years.  We are the largest multi-specialty group in West Texas with 40 specialties & our provider retention is 98%. 

Our community is about 100,000 people but we service a 25county area and a patient population of about 300,000.  San Angelo is home to three lakes, as well as the beautiful Concho River, which runs through the heart of the city.

Description:

In this role, the neurologist provides diagnosis of and treating diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. Diagnostic services are available on-site, including an onsite infusion suite, nerve conduction testing, EEG and EMG. Our neurologists read their own EEG’s. All STAT consults are tele-neuro. On your on-call days, you will round on your hospital patients.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. 41/2-day Clinic work week with PTO
