Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neurologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, which is located in NYC, 30 minutes from downtown Manhattan and is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Lincoln is a NYS designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award- winning Cancer and Breast Centers.
Lincoln Medicine Department Overview:
• Lincoln Medical Center Neurologists can apply for Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at NYP Weill Cornell
• As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, we have thrombectomy capability and a wide range of interesting pathology.
• Active and supportive environment dedicated to mission driven care in the up-and-coming South Bronx neighborhood. This is an excellent setting to strengthen clinical skills or to grow academically. This department functions as a team, complete with education and cross training.

Opportunity Details:
• Provide clinical care in a primarily outpatient setting.
• Outpatient consultation in general neurology with potential for focus in applicant's subspecialty.
• Provide supervision and teaching of internal medicine and psychiatry residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
• Performs other administrative, professional, consultative duties as needed by the department Chairperson.
Qualifications:
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology.
• Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Ability to speak Spanish highly desired.
• Subspecialty training welcomed. Preference for EMG training but not required.
• Opportunities for administrative and clinical research.

• Salary Amount or Range: $250,000 plus up to $60k annual bonus based on productivity and compliance.
