The Department of Neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee clinical programs, quality, and safety improvement efforts, and support medical directors and other leaders, across all clinical settings.
- Plan, manage, implement, and evaluate clinical programs that promote access to and delivery of clinical care in a cost-efficient, equitable manner.
- Continue and expand efforts to redesign practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve the clinical team’s fulfillment in practicing neurology.
- As a member of the department’s executive leadership team, contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategic planning, management, and operations, including developing projections, maximizing clinical productivity, and managing revenue and expenditures.
Qualified candidates will an MD degree or MD/PhD equivalent; be board certified in Neurology and hold/be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
