The Polyclinic (part of Optum) is looking for a BC/BE general Neurologist to join our established team in Seattle, Washington. The Polyclinic is a multi-specialty group comprised of the highest quality providers in primary care and specialty medicine. Together, they help people live healthier lives.

This Neurologist will take over a thriving practice, joining a tenured and well-respected team of three physicians. The group treats a variety of Neurology patients and allows providers to focus on areas of expertise. Our providers are supported by a team of nurses, care managers and dedicated MA’s. Required Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $300,000 to $500,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
