The University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Neurology seeks a full-time Assistant Professor, non-tenure track to join its Epilepsy Division. The appointed candidate will have clinical, teaching and administrative duties. Primary clinical responsibilities will be in neuro-intraoperative monitoring (NIOM) and epilepsy care. Clinical responsibilities will include coverage of the inpatient epilepsy monitoring unit (EMU) which also includes routine EEG reading, an outpatient continuity clinic caring for patients with epilepsy and related disorders (1 session per week to start), and continuous EEG (cEEG) interpretation.
This position will have the option to build a clinical trials research portfolio in collaboration with our Clinical Trails Core.
Qualifications
Maryland licensure
Board Certification in Neurology
