An award-winning hospital in the southern Midwest is hiring a Director of Epilepsy to join their robust neurological team. Additionally, they are seeking a variety of neurological subspecialties and encourages all to apply. This location is a part of an nine hospital, 2100 bed health system. Named as one of the best places to work in its state for the ninth year in a row; this hospital is a primary stroke center and a proud recipient of the Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award from the American Stroke Association. The system is also hiring 1 general neurologist with an inpatient/outpatient split. Neurologists with interest epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology are welcome to apply. The team is also seeking a neurohospitalist to focus on their inpatient volume.

- Dedicated Neuroscience admin and coordinator team

Director of Epilepsy Highlights:
- Directorship available for qualified candidates
- Seeking an Epilepsy fellowship trained, epilepsy boarded/board eligible candidate, for Epilepsy Medical Director, experience in EMU operations during career/training
- OP only with clinical focus on epilepsy
- 4-bed EMU build in process now, will open as NAEC Level-3 Medical EMU
- New office space in summer 2024
- Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including starting bonus, student loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend, and relocation/moving allowance
- Generous time off (7+ weeks per year for full time physicians)
OP Neurophysiology/EMG and General Neurology Position Highlights:
- No inpatient call for OP Neurologists
- Thrombectomy capable stroke center with multiple referring sites, largest thrombectomy volume in Louisville
- Full IP Neuro-hospitalist group: 6 Physicians and 5 APCs
- Internal system tele-neurology service covers EDs for smaller/referring facilities
- New neuroscience clinic space in progress for summer 2024
- Two year guaranteed base pay, followed by a complete RVU model
- 3k a month training stipend available for current residents/fellows
General Neurology Hospital Highlights:
The hospital is a 300-bed regional facility comprised of 450 physicians/providers in 32 specialties. Recipient of the Get with the Guidelines – Stroke GOLD PLUS with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus in 2022, this hospital is a Primary Stroke Center. The health system includes 8 hospitals with over 1,500 providers, including 800 physicians and more than 700 advanced practice clinicians.
General Neurology Practice Highlights:
- 100% OP & Inpatient/Outpatient Split
- Clinic hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
- Two-year income guarantee with opportunity for additional productivity and quality bonuses

225-bed non-profit hospital located 5 miles from Louisville, KY. Recipient of the Get With The Guidelines® Stroke Silver Plus award, this hospital is a Primary Stroke Center and is currently building an 11-bed EMU. This collegial health system includes 8 hospitals with over 1,500 providers, including 800 physicians and more than 700 advanced practice clinicians.
Neurohospitalist, Epilepsy, Clinical Neurophysiology Practice Highlights:
- 7on-7off schedule for Neurohospitalist
- Mon-Fri schedule for Outpatient Neurologist
- Epileptologist and Clinical Neurophysiology specialist can walk into immediate volume
- Support includes two APRNs and two Physicians
- Two-year income guarantee with opportunity for additional productivity and quality bonuses
