Piedmont Health System is currently recruiting a BC/BE Neurocritical Care Physician in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing neurocritical care service at a busy comprehensive stroke center program and grow the neurosciences service line with the vision to become the highest quality and largest program in Georgia.

The service line includes neurocritical care, neurosurgery and neuro hospitalists, with a dedicated 14 bed (soon to expand to 22 beds), state-of-art Neuro-ICU with thriving stroke, spine and brain tumor programs.

The neuro-ICU has 24/7 in-house APP coverage and plans to develop a neurocritical care fellowship program. The neurosciences program shall include the development and growth of a clinical research program. Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is a DNV Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.

This opportunity will allow the right candidate to join our growing team of neuro-intensivists to develop and foster the growth of our program and the ability to access state of the art technology. Piedmont cares for over 2,000 medical stroke admissions in the Metro Atlanta area and over 3,000 across the entire system. The candidate will be welcomed by the existing team of neurocritical care physicians, neurosurgeons and other neuro specialists.
