Neurological Institute Medical Director of Continuous Improvement

The Neurological Institute at Cleveland Clinic is currently recruiting Medical Director for Continuous Improvement.  Candidates must be a Board Certified/Eligible Neurologist, Physiatrist, or Psychiatrist.

This Director level position will guide and mentor a dedicated team of CI specialists in the Neurological Institute to execute projects and programs to apply LEAN and other improvement methods to deliver results. In addition, this leader will be instrumental in clinical development that will be part of the new, state-of-the-art, 1 million square foot, Neurological Institute building, to be completed in 2026.

The ideal candidate is one with experience and strength in developing a growing practice, as well as building and managing a team to support continuous improvement initiatives across the institute and enterprise.
