Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of nearly $400k with ability to transition into production model after year 1 or year 2
• Shareholder status offered after year 1, resulting in a lucrative incentive bonus and pushing your compensation to nearly $450k
• $50K Sign-On Bonus with $20K education allowance
