Director Headache Medicine, Department of Neurology, New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

The Department of Neurology at NYU, a world-class patient-centered integrated academic medical center, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Director of Headache Medicine on the tenure-eligible or non-tenure academic track at NYU Langone Hospital—Manhattan. Fellowship training in Headache Medicine is required.

Responsibilities will include leading the division, clinical care, and education of medical students, residents and fellows.  Candidates must be board certified in Neurology (ABPN) with a strong interest in the clinical and academic missions of the department. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors: $240,000 to $350,000.

To qualify, you must have a MD degree and be board certified or board eligible in Neurology and have special expertise in Headache Medicine.

The effective date of appointment will be 3/1/2023 or later.
