Neurologist (MD/DO) – Movement Disorder Specialist| Full-Time, 1.0 FTE

We understand the need for quality and comprehensive care for our ever growing and aging movement disorder patient population. As a recognized center of excellence, we are now hiring a Neurologist - Movement Disorder Specialist to specialize in complicated movement disorders. You should desire to work in a collaborative environment in order to continue building a strong movement disorder subspecialty practice.

Our Neuroscience Institute:

We currently have 15 Neurologists spanning multiple sub-specialties (including Epilepsy, Headache, Neuro-immunology Neuromuscular, Pediatric neurology, Sleep, and Stroke), 3 Neurosurgeons, 1 Neuro-interventionalist, 2 Neuropsychologists, 3 Neuro-Hospitalists and 4 Advanced Care Practitioners.

 Ability to:

  • Obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Do DBS programming and Botox for dystonia would be ideal 

Full support staff – RN’s and MA’s within our care team.

We currently have one Movement Disorder Specialist MD and one movement disorder ARNP.

Weekly Neurology team meetings, case review and journal clubs.

Clinical and Research opportunities available. No night-call. No inpatient work.

Quick referrals can be made to the UW Medical Center network.

Compensation Range - $245,000 - $800,000 dependent upon specialty;

Amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
