Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking Neurology physicians for our North Houston / The Woodlands region. We have the following openings available for physicians who are Board Eligible or Board Certified by the ABPN. Candidates should also have a Texas license or be in the process of obtaining one.
 

General Neurologist – Kings Harbor Comprehensive Care Center The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of post-residency or fellowship practice experience.  The Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Kings Harbor was designed to meet the growing health and wellness needs of families in the Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble and surrounding areas and features a multidisciplinary team of primary care and specialty care doctors who utilize a comprehensive approach to care. Services offered at the new facility include primary care, orthopedics and sports medicine, physical therapy, rotating specialty care and an onsite lab for quick test results. The Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Kings Harbor was designed with patient care and convenience in mind with a view of Lake Houston on the horizon.

Neuromuscular Neurologist – Houston Methodist The Woodlands The successful candidate must be Fellowship trained.   This physician will join an existing group of 6 Neurologist in a busy, well-established group.  Houston Methodist The Woodlands campus is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of a growing community.  This is a full-time career opportunity with a competitive base salary plus incentivized bonus structure at the number one ranked hospital system in Texas by US News and World Report. 

Neurohospitalist – Houston Methodist The Woodlands The successful candidate must be committed to providing unparalleled patient care with a primary responsibility for inpatient neurologic/stroke care at our campus at The Woodlands.  

This is a full-time career opportunity with 12-Hour shift days (7 on/7 off: 182 shifts)

About Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital:
Houston Methodist The Woodlands opened on June 26, 2017 as the eighth hospital in the Houston Methodist system. This new 187-bed, 470,000-square-foot, full-service, acute care hospital offers many of the same services as our flagship hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Also, on the $380 million hospital campus, located at the intersection of I-45 and TX 242, is a medical office building, which opened in March 2016. Medical Office Building 1 includes a breast care center, cancer center & infusion center, orthopedics & sports medicine, rehabilitation services, wellness services, and an outpatient laboratory in addition to multi-specialty physician practices. A second medical office building and 785-car parking garage opened in 2018.  The hospital completed a $250 million capital expansion in 2022 which increased bed capacity to 300, expand the emergency center to 45 rooms and increase the operating rooms to 25.  This is the second phase in the master plan to expand to a 400-bed full service tertiary care facility.
