The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of quality improvement/clinical effectiveness, medical education and clinical care. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. The successful candidate must be board certified or eligible in Neurology. All Neurology fellowships considered.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students and residents on bedside rounds for the consult and inpatient services. Subspecialty interests are also encouraged.

Clinical responsibilities may include attending on the inpatient neurology services of our downtown Philadelphia hospitals to complement the growing group of Neurohospitalists.
