Neurological Associates of Long Island, PC is a large, academically-oriented Neurology group interested in hiring another Neurologist to join our multispecialty neurology practice. We are eleven neurologists all with sub-specialty training. Our office is located on the north shore of Long Island, minutes away from New York City. We have two state-of-the-art MRIs, a physical therapy suite as well as an infusion center that allows further treatment options for our large multiple sclerosis population. We perform most of the neurodiagnostic found in any neurology office including EEG, Ambulatory EEG, EMG, ENG, and vascular testing in a certified vascular laboratory.  A neurologist joining our group would see patients in both the office and hospital setting. We are on staff at two hospitals, at one a member of our group serves as director of neurology and chief of stroke. We are involved in teaching both residents and medical students.  Appropriate faculty appointments will be offered.

Our group has a robust clinical research program; many of us serve as either the principal or sub-investigator on trials for Alzheimer’s disease and multiple sclerosis. We have both full-time and part-time tracks available. While we are a private practice, there is a strong academic component to our practice. We have established the largest private practice in our area for the last 42 years which allows us to provide a stable and fulfilling place for your career. We offer the opportunity for both a wonderful lifestyle and a rewarding neurology practice. Although our group would benefit from fellowship training in epilepsy or movement disorders (both areas are wide open on Long Island), we would consider any subspecialty-trained neurologist. Please email your resume/CV to dostrovs@gmail.com.
