The Department of Neurology at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, FL is seeking a BC/BE neurologist with expertise in neuromuscular disorders to join our Neuromuscular Division. The applicant is expected to participate in providing outstanding clinical services in the evaluation and treatment of patients with neuromuscular disorders, with opportunities in performing EMG and clinical neurophysiology studies, contribute to research programs relevant to neuromuscular disorders, and participate in education of our residents and fellows. Mayo Clinic Florida has an extensive neuromuscular practice, including multidisciplinary ALS, MDA, and CMT clinics, a multitude of research trials in a variety of neuromuscular disorders and clinical neurophysiology, and a strong educational program dedicated to training residents and fellows. Candidates are expected to have completed fellowship training and in Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG and/or Neuromuscular Disorders.
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG, and/or Neuromuscular Disorders. Eligible for Florida Medical License. Jacksonville is the largest city in area in the continental United States.
