Outpatient Neuromuscular Opportunities

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Neurologist that is Neuromuscular  Fellowship trained to join a well-established practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The  ideal candidate is  eager to participate in a multispecialty group practice that provides patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine. The Neurology practice is primarily Neuromuscular, along with some general Neurology. Procedures would include EMGs. There is ample opportunity for Botox injections for the appropriately trained candidate. There is a busy MDA clinic that occurs 12-15 times/yr. 

• Outpatient only
• 100% neuromuscular volume, for those that are interested
• Schedule is set up to see patients for 35 hours per week and 5 hours per week of administrative time
• Physician has the flexibility to set patient times to 30 - 60  minutes or EMG procedure
• Marshfield Clinic has an MDA clinic once per month where the physician will see patients with various hereditary neuromuscular diseases.  The clinic is supported by the MDA and MDA coordinators from Milwaukee attend the clinic regularly
• Currently one other neuromuscular neurologist on staff
• On-call is phone call only in a 1:6 rotation
• Accepting J1 visa waiver candidates for 2023 for this location 

Marshfield Medical Center - Weston and Marshfield Clinic - Wausau Center in Wausau/Weston, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Neurologist that will be Neuromuscular Fellowship trained and eager to participate in a multispecialty group practice that provides patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine. The Neurology practice is primarily Neuromuscular, along with some general Neurology. Procedures include Botox injections.

• Outpatient practice with some inpatient responsibility while on-call a few hours per day
• Join a dedicated team of 5 other Neurologists and 4 APCs
• 100% neuromuscular volume, for those that are interested
• Schedule is set up to see patients for 35 hours per week and 5 hours per week of administrative time
• Physician has the flexibility to set patient times to 30 - 60 minutes
• On-call is phone call only in a 1:5 rotation
• H1 visa support available

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive 2 year guaranteed salary, with production based salary following
• 4 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks CME to start
• $5,800 CME annual allowance
