Dream job for physicians and APP's specializing in memory/cognitive disorders

Memory & Movement Charlotte (MMC) seeks a full-time provider that focuses on patients with memory/cognitive disorders and potentially movement disorders if interested.  MMC is a concierge-style practice supported by a non-profit foundation, so as not to be exclusionary.  Our “time and attention” model gives us the time we need to address all of the patient issues and also put deliberate focus on caregiver needs.  Our new patient visits are 2 hours and follow ups 1 hour.  Onsite PT/OT/ST and social work support. We have 3 MD’s and 2 APP’s currently and we each see 6-7 patients per day typically.  No nights/weekends/hospital coverage. Excellent work/life balance.
