The Department of Neurology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks a full time junior faculty member to be hired at the assistant professor level for our NAEC Level IV-accredited Epilepsy Center. The qualified candidate will join a team that includes four adult epileptologists, four pediatric neurologists, an adult epilepsy advanced practice nurse, one neuropsychologist, and pediatric and adult epilepsy neurosurgeons. Candidates must be graduates of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency, completed fellowship training in epilepsy, and be Board-certified in Neurology. Clinical responsibilities will include surface and intracranial EEG monitoring, ICU monitoring, routine EEG reading, and epilepsy clinics, with support from a robust and dedicated neurology residency and neurodiagnostic technologists 24-7. Teaching, research, community service and other collaborative opportunities with the greater Rutgers faculty and other students/staff are available.
