Job Details

West Coast Neurology is the preeminent provider of comprehensive Adult & Pediatric Neurology and Neurosciences related care in Los Angeles County. We are consistently affirmed as having the Best Neurologists in Pasadena, Arcadia, Los Angeles, Westlake Village, San Pedro and Pomona. We are looking for Top-Tier Neurologists to join our thriving practice - Outpatient Available.  All sub-specialty disciplines are being considered.

Our Neurologists quality of life, support structure, in-house access to the latest treatments and testing, and compensation/benefits package is unmatched in our community. Hence, it is unsurprising that we are the largest Neurology community-based practice in Los Angeles County. As for why you should join WCN, this is what some of your future colleagues had to say:

Dr. Edward Barton – “I was told when I was in residency that the choice was binary - that I had to pick lifestyle versus income. West Coast Neurology has proven this notion wrong. We are an elite practice that has allowed me to spend all of my time being a Neurologist, none of my time being burdened by administrative issues and all this without compromising autonomy or income. I focus on doing what I love. And, my patients can sense and feed off our energy."

Dr. Christopher Cheng – “Family. Flexibility. Support. West Coast Neurology is a closely knit family. As a family, we are very accomodating of one another. From the onboarding process through today - I've been very fortunate to be part of this like minded group of physicians and staff. When I've encountered challenges, WCN has been there to help and support me to overcome them. If the above intrigues you, I recommend that you reach out to us."

Dr. Arnold Brizuela – “West Coast Neurology has encouraged and empowered me to find and attain the perfect balance between career and personal goals. I've had access to a community of Neurologists that have served as excellent resources to discuss, validate and support the diagnostic process. At WCN, you'll have unfettered access to the same tools you had in the Academic setting plus access to the latest tools and services available in NeuroSciences. Hence, WCN has created a perfect environment that has allowed me to focus my time and attention on providing the best care possible for my patients."

Dr. Charles Imbus – “Everyone wishes you a long, happy and satisfying career. West Coast Neurology makes that possible. WCN surrounds you with enthusiastic, bright colleagues to back you and keep your practice interesting. You'll have a great flow of patients because the referring physicians trust WCN to provide them with competent opinions. And, WCN's experience and expertise in managing the administrative burdens makes it so that you have more time to enjoy life while still having a very profitable and fulfilling career."

Dr. Jyes Querubin - "West Coast Neurology provides a flexible environment where you are the master of your career. At WCN, I got to be the doctor that I wanted to be and was not restricted by having to operate within the confines of an institution. Every step of the way, I've been provided amazing support by my fellow WCN doctors and staff. All this without sacrificing any quality of care concerns in the community setting. In fact, the opposite is true - WCN has allowed me to focus my time on building quality relationships with my patients."

Dr. Richard Gluckman – “After decades as a solo practice neurologist, I began searching for an effective strategy to balance increasing demands of the complex health care market with my desire to have better control of my lifestyle. When I was approached by WCN with the promise of equitably acquiring my practice, I was skeptical at best. WCN was then, and has continued to be approachable, fair, willing to compromise and solution oriented in all aspects of practice management, both medical and administrative. My transition over to and integration into the WCN family was a very positive experience. WCN takes the administrative burden off of my shoulders, therefore enabling me to tend to my real job, that of practicing neurology. I have been able to keep the identity, the look and feel of what my private practice looked like to me, all while being part of a much larger group, the WCN family. It is a source of great pride to have joined a group of such highly trained and qualified physicians.”

Dr. Norianne Pimentel – “Between medical school and training, I spent over a decade learning, preparing and cultivating my practice as a physician. I gravitated toward West Coast Neurology in choosing where to practice because of the opportunities that WCN afforded me in deciding upon my career goals - Not only as a pediatric neurologist, but also as a neurophysiologist who enjoys both EEG and NCS/EMG. I feel like WCN has given me space to provide meaningful care to my patients and the autonomy to pick and choose the parts of my practice that are important to me while keeping in mind the importance of work-life balance.”

Dr. Lise Phan – “After I finished fellowship the staff at WCN has made it a seamless transition to join the practice. I originally picked WCN because I knew and worked with a few of their neurologists before during my training. It is a dream to come into work with colleagues who are good people and who I can bounce ideas around and help one another. I feel so fortunate to work with a team of enthusiastic MAs, office staff and leadership who love serving our patients. They make it possible for me to focus on patient care. They are an organization that truly believes in preserving work life balance.”

Dr. David Valentine – “West Coast Neurology helped me develop the practice that I wanted. I chose my schedule, the services I provide to my patients, and was facilitated in testing the waters of every opportunity imaginable in clinical neurology. Through all this - which included a Pandemic - WCN has supported, assisted and been there for me every step of the way. If you are looking to join private practice, I could not recommend a better group."

Dr. Ken Fujimura - "I am fairly new here, but I can definitely say that joining WCN was right for me. My transition from training to community practice has been made painless by our team, who are knowledgeable and professional. I have been able to devote nearly all of my time and focus on my patients, the medicine, and my career. WCN offers a space where I can explore, experiment, and play in order to develop the practice that I want. If you're coming out of training and want to practice in LA, I recommend giving us a look."
