Neurohospitalist

Join a provider-led, multi-specialty group practice that is part of a financially strong and stable health system and clinical affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital. Foundation Medical Partners, located in Nashua, New Hampshire is looking for a BC/BE Neurologist to provide excellent inpatient neurological care. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a 7 on/ 7 off schedule
• Provide 24-hour coverage when on, with backup from Adult Hospitalist program
• Provide coverage in the ED and inpatient consults
• Enable well-coordinate smooth and efficient handoffs between ambulatory providers, inpatient medical and specialty providers, ED and ambulatory specialists

Foundation Medical Partners is a multi-specialty group practice affiliated with Southern NH Medical Center, a 188-bed hospital and level III trauma center, in Nashua, NH. Southern, along with Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH, is a founding member of SolutionHealth, a health system offering comprehensive acute care, ambulatory care, and post-acute care services to communities spanning southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
