Vanderbilt General Neurology

Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Department of Neurology, seeks a Clinician at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The General Neurology Division oversees a wide array of neurologic conditions and is often the first point of care for patients referred for consultation. As such, faculty and staff in this division are experienced in managing such cases and have access to collaborate with other sub-specialties as needed. Access to highly specialized professionals enables VUMC Neurology to provide an exceptionally high level of care for even the most challenging cases. Approximately half of patients followed by General Neurology present with headache and the division offers ongoing management for headache and migraine. This role requires an understanding of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting.  Candidates should be experienced in working in a fast-paced, results driven environment and focused on providing exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates will 1) hold an MD or DO degree, 2) be board certified/eligible in neurology), and 3) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Tennessee.
