NEUROLOGIST with Stroke Focus
MASSACHUSETTS, CAMBRIDGE
Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital serving the greater Cambridge, MA area, seeks a neurologist with an expertise in Stroke. The ideal candidate should have completed a Stroke fellowship, but also possess a strong interest in general clinical neurology. The responsibilities of this position are primarily to provide inpatient neurologic care but there is potential to implement a Stroke Clinic as well. Medical education is a key responsibility -- the selected neurologist will provide education of attending physicians, medical residents and medical students by contributing to Medical Grand Rounds, Neurology Grand Rounds and all activities of the Division of Neurology. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in neurology.
The candidate selected for this role will be eligible for a faculty appointment as an Instructor or Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications.
