Neurologist and Neurohospitalist Opportunities in Wisconsin

Prevea Health, a physician owned and led multi-specialty group in Wisconsin, is seeking Neurologists and a Neurohospitalist to join us in Green Bay, Eau Claire and Sheboygan:

Eau Claire-

• Outpatient practice with opportunities for inpatient consults at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital, if desired
• Ability to expand specialty area of interest in your practice
• CARF accredited facility in acute inpatient rehab (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities)
• Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center offering IV tPA, the region’s only program performing clot retrieval for ischemic stroke
• Neurodiagnostic modalities including polysomnography, EMG, EEG, ultrasound and CT.
• Inpatient and critical care coverage provided by HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital

Green Bay-

• Join an established practice with two adult neurologists and a pediatric neurologist
• Neurohospitalist or outpatient practice opportunities
• Practice is located at the Prevea Allouez Health Center, a multi-specialty clinic with lab, radiology and pharmacy
• Inpatient consults are performed at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, located just moments from the health center
• Prevea-owned after hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls

Sheboygan-

• Join a well-established Neurology practice
• Practice located in a brand new State-of-the-art medical office building located on HSHS St. Nicolas Hospital grounds, providing easy access to hospital
• Ability to expand specialty areas of interest in your practice
• Tele Neurology support in ER and for afterhours consults
