Neuromuscular Disease Clinician Educator
The Davee Department of Neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor with academic interests and skills in the area of neuromuscular disease. Responsibilities include care of neuromuscular disease patients and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. An energetic and collaborative individual with an interest in building a program is ideal. Opportunities to participate in research programs are available and encouraged.

Qualified candidates will 1) possess an MD or MD/PhD degree, 2) be board certified/eligible in Neurology, 3) have completed a neuromuscular fellowship 4) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois. Qualified candidates should also demonstrate exceptional potential in clinical neuromuscular disorders and electrodiagnostics.

The Division of Neuromuscular Disease at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is internationally recognized in neurogenetics, ALS, muscle disorders, and peripheral neuropathies. The division has vibrant basic and clinical research programs and offers an ACGME accredited neuromuscular medicine fellowship.
