Job Description Summary:
Function as a staff physician in the Department of Neurology. Duties at KU will involve assisting in neurology Parkinson's Disease clinic, KU hospital rounds, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and opportunity for research.

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Education: M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
• Work Experience: Fellowship training in movement disorders.
• Skills: Eligible for Kansas medical license. Background check required. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Duties Outlined:

• See patients in an outpatient Parkinson's disease and movement disorder clinic. Attend on the general neurology resident continuity clinic on a limited basis.

• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows principles of inpatient and outpatient neurological care while attending in neurology clinics or on the teaching consult service.

• Develop/participate in clinical research activities in movement disorders and initiate scholarly activity.
