MercyOne Ruan Neurology, is seeking BC/BE General Neurologist and Fellowship trained Neurologist in Movement Disorder to join its thriving practice in Des Moines, Iowa. Opportunity Highlights

  • 10 Physicians, 3 APPs
  • Call 1:9 Monday through Thursday, weekend call 1:8
  • 1000 plus Stroke cases a year
  • Experience in EMG/NCV, EEG and ECG, DBS and Brain Mapping
  • MS Center of excellence from The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Center
  • Faculty and Research opportunities available

MercyOne Ruan Neurology is integrated multi-specialty practice with built in referral network. Multiple Sclerosis Center of Excellence with largest patient base in central Iowa providing infusion with Lemtrada treatments for MS patients. Conducts clinical research studies in Stroke, Dementia and MS. Sub-specialties include neurophysiologist, neuro-behavioralist specializing in memory disorder. Treatments include Neuropathy, Epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is a non-profit Catholic health care provider that is Joint Commission accredited. Recipient of Get with The Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award from American Stroke Association.
