Prevea Health is a physician owned and physician led multispecialty group located throughout Northeastern and Western Wisconsin. What makes Prevea unique is our structure where 50 percent of Prevea is owned by our physicians and 50 percent owned by a hospital system, Hospital Sisters Health System (a partnership model that is the only one of its kind in the U.S.) We offer physicians the ability to become a Shareholder in Prevea after one full calendar year, giving them a voice in their own practice.

Company History

Prevea Health is a physician-owned, physician-led, multi-specialty group established in 1996 by a group of rivate practice physicians in Green Bay. Over the past 26 years we have grown from the 60 physicians who formed Prevea to 253 physicians today! Prevea's unique 50/50 partnership model with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) HSHS, a faith based hospital system, and their 6-hospital Wisconsin based hospitals allow Prevea physicians to provide patient care in communities across Northeastern, Lakeshore and Western Wisconsin .
